Demographic catastrophe? what will happen to organisations? dear friends namaskar. to day there is surplus man power in indian market. but the demography is rapidly changing. 1.in another 10 years an indian mother will have less than 1 issue in average. 2. due to declining female babies there will be fewers mothers to deliver babies. 3.increasing aids in work force group will reduce man power in the market. 4. there is increasing impotency/frgidity. 5.there is increasing suicide. 6.there is increasing heart attacks? 7. and etc. all these factors will lead to deficiency of man power by another 10 years. what will happen to organisations in india? regards jogeshwar.

I work for a us based company that has operations in india. we have sourced and interviewed a young woman who would be a great fit for the position we are recruiting for. the position is management level. the position will not be located in our india corporate office location but will be remote and will have to manage mostly male workers at one of our vendors. we want to be sensitive to indian business and cultural norms and therfore my question to this group would be is this situation workable? would we be putting this young woman into a situation where she would have trouble being successful given remote location and gender. i want to make sure we do the right thing for all involved this is my first exposure to recruitment in india. any guidance / input would be welcome.
Enrolling in epf with aadhar details - it shows "the demographic data did not match"
We enroll an employee in epf with their aadhar details sometimes it shows "the demographic data did not match" in that case how can we enroll the person in epf.
Pf uan generation - basic demographic details does not match unable to link those employees to pf
While generating uan for new employees its mendatory to give the aadhar details. post pf website cross verifies the details provided by us with the the uan may not get generated if there is any mismatch with name gender dob etc. but in few cases even though all the detail match the pf website throws the same error. i.e. basic demographic details does not match and i am not able to link those employees to pf. what is the remedy for this? please suggest.

Moving back to india from usa - salary question
We are moving back to india and my husband is at a stage of negotiating compensation with a telecom company. i would like to know if the perks ctc minus basic salary change from person to person for a given position in company. if person a is already working on the same position at which my husand is hired would the perks et al will be same for both the persons. thanks for any response.
