Im working in a Medical Transcription Industry, I wish to know more novel methods of rewarding people, coz u know only stick wont work out we have to feed carrots also. Im very pleased to know how we can go with innovative benefits plan for punctuality, Quality etc., I hope some one will help me out as I have to design a new structure soon.

Identify the criterion for rewarding based on your operations
- number attended
- completed in time
- quality
- customer feedback
or whatever it is ( you know it better)
Fix proper weightages
Rewards may be decided on various steps
1. give a gift ( that the employee likes) on achieving a mile stone
2. or issue points for each mile stone reached and give out a calendar for redemption
100 point - a book or cassette from the Music Word or a Mall
200 points- dinner for two in a 3 star hotel
500 points- tickets for the Live in concert shows
10,000 points - dinner with CEO !
50,000 points - dinner with a celebrity!
There are many event management companies who may suggest.
This could be some holiday or a simple movie ticket. I heard that a company once booked the entire movie theatre to take them out !!
Think from the other side. If you are allowed to ask for reward, what would you ask ! And you get all answers
