The Factories Act doesn't prescribe any LTA payment. But it provides guidelines as to how leave shall be allowed and pertinent wages u/s.79,80,81. For yr.information there is no concept of LTA in many industry/firms. Mostlym any LTA benefit forms part of Wage settlement pact signed between an employer & employees (union) or by estd. convention in such firms. U may go thro' the Bare Act attached for further study.
