Please find a ppt on sales management.I have designed this ppt specially to help sales managers who are newly promoted,the first line managers,who really needs guidance to be successful in their new job profile.In my personal experience ,the sales people are promoted to sales manager without much of training based on sales,as a result the organization loses a good sales person and they hire a bad sales manager.I am sure the all newly promoted first line sales managers will find my efforts in line with their need.Please let me know your feed back in order to help you better in future.

Thanks gopal -as you move up from area sales manager to zonal sales manager,you required additional skills in order to perform- i will post a ppt on transition from asm to zsm as desired by you--however i will be able to do it by 15th jan as i am busy with training program till 15th.

i found one of the interesting point you mentioned in presentation that find a sales person who not a job hopper., this is not right i felt because a success full manager need to promote his sales person to be get a good job in the organization of the same company.

Dear vijayakrishna...thanks for your appreciation,i agree with you that sales managers should identify talent available in his team and offer career growth to deserving candidates within the organization.If people will get career growth in same organization they are less likey to go for job change.However job hoppers is a different category of people who will keep on changing jobs more frequently which i sales manager needs to identify while selecting candidate.Right selection of candidates is also one of prime responsibilities of a sales manager.

A great presentation. really grassroot level. would you have any ppt which will talk of classroom trg and other motivating factors in the life of a salesman. i need to take care of the Cradle to Grave story of the salesman. Would help clarify the young people.
