i joined there as a Assistant professor in management department . in october the university formulate admission cell. and put me in this cell to do marketing job. and they take away teaching load from me. i had migraine problem and sensitive to dust and sun light , i had submitted medical also for that. but in november they transferred me to another place which is not approachable to me, due to family problem i can not join that place which is too far away from my residing place. being a lady family problem is there. i discussed this with the management but in vain thet did not understand my problem and simply said give us your Resignation. but in appointment letter is mentioned that your job is transferable to anywhere and 3 month notice is required prior to resignation . they arte demanding that put only one line in your resignation that you r giving resignation at your own wish. but if i write this i have to give 3 month salary to university. kindly suggest what to do. i do not hav
Peru....not to worry as it happens with some organizations....you can resign but mention in the resign letter that you are leaving job because your health is not well & i hope they even can not go legally by finding such medical issues with you.
Please do not give into management request. Cite your reasons for resigning, clearly stating that you were appointed as a lecturer and have been asked to do other jobs than teaching and have been transferred, etc.
