Online esic round off
As per esic rounded off rule the fractional part would be converted to nearest rupee. but i found one problem with online esic software calculation i.e. esic wages amount rs. 1086/ and 1.75 of this amount would be rs.19.005/ a in esic online it is calculated rs.19/ as per rule it should be rs.20/? kindly comment. regards sarwan programmer.

Hi all would like to have detailed information on i have gone lot of articles on esic on internet however the terms used every where is so outdated that i am not able to relate it with my current organization.i am working for an it software development firm and would like to know: 1 to pay esic what is the head count required is it 10 employees or 20 employees. 2 also if the salary limit is 15k gross for esic is there any rule that specific number of employees should be less than 15k and only then you have to pay

Dear sir if an employee salary exceed 21000/ to 24000/ and as per esic rule if salary is exceeded from 21000 then he can not avail the benefit of but employee still wants to avail benefit of esic so there is any option to continue him in

Dear seniors i need your valuable feedback and help to deal in such cases i am working in hospitality industry and i am facing a problem in pf and esic in this organisation total employee is 200 out of which only 5070 employee are registered under pf and esic the management want to give this benefits of pf & esic to all the employee whoever joins but here we are facing a problem with the lower level employees who s basic salary is below 15000 and as per the pf & esic rule they should be enrolled but these lower level people do not stay for a longer time they tend to leave without notice or resigned after receiving their salary so in such case how can we enrolled such people who do not work with us and resign within a year. is there any rule in pf to take care of such cases. thanking you in advance for your support and feedback. warm regards gaya
