As the name suggests, you would be solely responsible for recruiting for IT/IT related companies.
Companies would give you job vacancy for their project requirement which can range from PHP developer to JAVA programmer to Facebook application developer to website builder. Google about various languages and softwares like PHP, Java, C++/C, ASP, JSP, Wordpress, Jhoomla, etc so that when you are talking to your candidates for sourcing them, you are aware of what they're talking about and can better relate to the profile. Also it would give you an edge and reduce your rework as you would be able to source better with knowledge on the topic.
