Salary cycle are we breaching some labor law?
Dear all this is regarding salary process in my company we adhere to take few steps to improvise the regular process our current attendance cycle is from 1st to 30th of month but due to our attendance maintenance in remote sites we won t able to collect all the details related to attendance & other reimbursements till end of month due to which salary got delayed from 7th of month till 10th of month or 12th day of month so now we want to consider the attendance from 26th of proceeding month to 25th of current month thus the salary shall be released on 7th day of every month. since we are practicing the same process with next month salary so the staff will be released the salary of 25days in the same month and from next month the same will maintained as attendance cycle 26th of proceeding month to 25th of current month. so in this case please suggest; are we breaching some law like labor law or min wages etc. by paying 25 days salary to staff in 1st month or it can be done as per discretion by management. i require your esteem suggestions... looking for your response. regards
Joining new company without inform to previous company
Hi i joined one company last month with 3 yr experience. but now i got offer letter from new company .i got salary for last month also. now i want to join new company. but in current company 2 months notice period.the new company accept me without reliving letter and not consider my last one month experience. now i accept the offer letter also. i won t be inform to the current employer. can you tell me it ll make problem in future.
Problem in calculating salary of employees
Hiii senior i have recently join a it company as a hr executive.i am from recruitment background so i didnt have deep knowledge of hr generalist profile. problem is that i have to prepare a salary sheet of the month of janurary 2014.so i need salary sheet format included working hour column.because our company calculate salary on the basis of working hour in month. second problem is that it is a five days working.so i am confuse to calculate salary on the basis of 30 days26 day or 22 days month. please help me i am facing problem. regards nish

Time period between releiving and joining
Hi all i m releiving from my current organization and joining a new one.i ve told the company that i m going to join that i ll be available only after one month after selection and they agreed so and i ve got the offer letter stating so.i ve asked them 1 month time for joining as i ve to complete my current assingnments with the current company and i calculated one month for it.but i could complete it within 15 days and now my current company is ready to releive me.my humble question is that is this time gap creates any problem even in my future if i m joining the company after 15 days?? plz reply
Pt deduction is on earned gross or gross salary of the employee
