Dear Friends, My company is requiring huge no of Dotnet Professionals. please suggest some good & effective sourcing methods except consultant hiring.

You can start advertising on Job Portals or can access CV through Job Portals and then shortlist for the interview.

Thanks for your reply, but i am already working on job portals including database calling through which i am also able to generate good
no of footfalls but my hiring manager is keep on rejecting the candidates saying that they does not have basic technical knowledge .
even though all the candidates are pre screened through a written test & Hr round conducted by me. so therefore im looking for various other ways to generate good no of footfalls of quality candidates.
