Thanks for your reply, but i am already working on job portals including database calling through which i am also able to generate good
no of footfalls but my hiring manager is keep on rejecting the candidates saying that they does not have basic technical knowledge .
even though all the candidates are pre screened through a written test & Hr round conducted by me. so therefore im looking for various other ways to generate good no of footfalls of quality candidates.
