Dear all HR professionals, in the light of sustainable development, I would like to recommend strongly a book \"The Fork\" - tool for change and powerfull conversations. I use it myself in different contexts in HR, such as coaching/guidance talks, motivation talks, recruitment interviews, development talks with our employees, team development, etc ...and have good results with it in an ecogical/sustainable way. Employees appreciate very much this approach. It is a multitrack model/method that can be used in different applications and in different sectors (HR, healthcare, education, etc ...). The main question in the model is how to link personal development to the development of the greater whole (cultural transition, the team, your family, company customers, society, ecological matters, ...), and this by working on 4 tracks (project, selfguidance, identity, greater whole/context). It makes personal and organisational development sustainable, dynamic, interesting and fascinating. There
