Dear Mr. Deshpandey,
You have posted the importance of training. But make sure the important thing is identified the organisation need & the most important is selection of trainer. Practically I have seen in my past organisation where the organisation required training on "A" Concept & Mr. HR Head always arrange training on " X " concept, in this case what is your view, although I am fully agree with your post.
And I would like to share one thing also it is the right time to change HR Strategy policy. I can not explain in detail but in the short I would like to say dear Deshpandey, before plan a training for any organisation, please analysis honestly what kind of training required for your orgnisation ?
I would like to work for Indian industries growth & hope you will work according.

Hi,
The Training should be given as per the Training Need Identification which is based on competence of every individual on each position.
The competence can be achieved through ...
1. Qualification
2. Experience
3. Training
If correct TNI is raised the HR to arrange the Trainng accordingly.
The qualification of the Faculty can be evaluated by the Department Head who is going to send the candidate for Training.
Thanks & Regards,
Sudhir
