Dear Seniors, I have been working in a consulting firm as an HR consultant (focused on end-to-end recruitment processes only) for the past two years and was recently promoted to a TL position (for the past 5 months). I am eager to advance my career within the HR field. I hold an MSc degree.

Guidance for Career Progression in HR

I kindly seek your guidance on how I can progress in my HR career. Specifically, if I aim to work within companies as an HR professional, what aspects should I focus on updating? Do I need to pursue additional management courses or generalist courses that could enhance my skills in this field?

Thank you in advance.

Regards, Ms. Ashwini

HI Ms Aswini. There is no any separate course for HR Generalists. It is better to do MBA or E-MBA. If you wanna be HR Generalist then you should enhance your CoreHR skills too apart from recruitment.
