Dear Seniors, I have being working in a consulting firm as HR consultant(End to end recruitment process only ) for the past two years and recently have being promoted as a TL(from past 5months).I am eager to sharpen my career in HR stream itself.I have done my MSc. Kindly guide me how i can proceed with my career ie if i have to get into COMPANIES as an HR, what are the aspects which i need to be updated with ie Do i need to take up some Management courses or any generalist courses which would be helpful for the same.
