Hi,
You can tell them that you were not getting Pay slips in your company.Dont go for any fake pay slips. If they insistict for any proof, you can produce your bank statement which which prove your monthy salary credit.

Hi Avinash,
Pls do not resort to such unfair practice of producing fake formats of payslips as you can easily get caught in employment verification process. Instead you ask your current employer to provide the salary details or a Salary Certificate on the letter head of the company duly signed and stamped. You can tell them you require for Income Tax purpose or availaing bank loan or submission to your CA.

Dear Avinash,
I would definitely not recommend creating a fake payslip entirely on your own. If I were your boss, I would have suggested that you create the payslip format (maybe after downloading from the internet or creating your own format) and then getting it signed by some sympathetic but senior officer (like the HR Head, or the Head of your department) to sign the same, because frequently these documents are required for loan purposes. But under any circumstances, do not create a fake payslip on your own, because if there is any mistake not apparent to your eyes, your loan itself might get refused and worst, they might even blacklist your name.
Warmest regards,

Hi,
- Have courage to honestly & clearly communicate to the new company that as your last employer had not been providing any salary slips document to the employees thus as a salary proof you can submit only your bank statement but would try your level best to get a salary details or a Salary Certificate from them.
- If your last employer had not been providing the salary slips its no way your fault.
- Strongly not recommended to indulge into any unfair means. Remember Honesty is the best policy & always wins heart in the end.
