Hello,
I got your mail id from CITE HR forum.
I am Kiranmayi. I have done my Btech in Computers and worked in the IT industry as a programmer for 7 years. I have taken break from
work last November and plan to do so till coming November.
I have a keen interest in the Psychology related fields and want to take a career shift as an Industrial Psychologist.
Right now i am pursuing General Psychology through distance mode from Madras University as I do not have a Psychological background.
Could you please advice on how do i proceed next so that i would be able make this career switch. I am open to both regular, distance education courses.
Also, I am not sure of the job market for an Industrial Psychologist in India. Please provide some information on this
I do not have any information on this subject. your advice will be very helpful for me
Regards,
Vallii Kiranmayi.

Hello Ms. Kiran Mayi

If u've finalised for going.for.ind psy career.then best wishes for.it.

As a big question arises always.y such turn or change.after 7 years or before going for Btech

?Prepare.your self.first then answer urself n justify this decission.

it wd be u turn as aftr such chane every employer will surprised to know y this.change?

If u ve such kneen.interest in ind.psy then take admission.in good.college/university, take regular clases forexact knowledge, read jounals, updations in ind.psy field,go.for case.history but as day by day time is sliipping from hands do it with 200% effort,

Scope of.ind psy.is realy.great in entire.India, actually people are very less from ind psy.or.from psy field.

thr is huge.scope, search for big.industries.where.such designations are paid, for more results try.to enhance your lanhold.kn language, face expression,if possible.try to learn 1-2 other languages also.

Certainly.you.will.get.your dream trade to work.

Best wishes.
