Dear Sir, In my opinion,There are Administrative directions issued long back which can be had from EPFO on demand through RTI Act.Since these are accepted even now by EPFO, beside decisions of various hon,ble courts, now it is an acceptable proposition ,

Dear Geeta,
I think as per PF rules a 5 days grace period will be allowed from the date of due date if you have deposited the cheque and also check with your concerned PF Office. Further to this while Tax Audit, the auditor may also report this delay in the Tax Audit Report.
