Team,

Mr.Sudhir highlighted a good point ex: 1. Chale Chalo - 3906 Downloads - 63 Replies in that 63 replies ##% of the posting says ‘’Thanks for sharing’’ (Most of the time I did the same on our forum).

Please do share your experience of-course everybody having a personal experience most of our members thinking if they share his/her experience it will be hilarious to others no, never its totally wrong we will learn from your mistakes/experience.

@Sudhir sir,

Most of them downloading the files in our safety forum, hope more than 40% of them who downloading the file are working in other dept’s almost the threads in our EHS forum are related to EHS so they aren’t able to write any comments instead of saying ‘’THANKS’’ but they continue to download the files. Myself I had download most of materials from various HR related threads in our forum and I wrote the comment ‘’Thanks for sharing’ always instead of wrote some comments but now a days just I click the APPERCIATION button and stop writing ‘’THANKS’’ on our threads (Sometimes I do) it’s also one of the fact for not getting any appropriate comments on our threads. For example you can see SVL Library threads.

Please try to write few lines with appropriate example on the thread while reply if you have any though……//// it will make our members actively participate on all our thread/forum.

Thanks.

Dear Raghu,
Thanks.
I agree with you.
Team,
No matter if it sounds hilerious.
We still learn from that.
Please go through some of the most value adding threads in EHS.
I learned a lot of things from those.
Appeal all to actively participate.
Thanks & Regards,
Sudhir

Dear Sudhir Sir
Nice to see such an initiative from your end... See people here are downloading and surely increasing their collections... Dare to reply on threads which is very generic and interesting to them... Not to touch even if it is something technical/legal, etc.
Also by sending a reply with thanks not adding much value... Still it is motivating each other to participate... however the moderators realize this and start this appreciate and validate link... so I think we should be developing a culture of saying thanks by clicking this appreciate and validate link only... Whenever replying come up with at least one point good/bad/concern/comment on the shared file/discussion topic... If all start doing this surely we can make this really very active forum...
Dear Raghu: Thanks for showing the concern... Whats your comment about what I said?

Dear Dipil,
You’re right Mr.Dipil. Then I need to add few points which was advised by our Moderator to me.
Please do not give appreciations for all the posts. The appreciations must be given only when the members gives appreciable replies which is useful for majority of the members.
Giving appreciations to the raised query is not acceptable. You can now unappreciated whatever not deserving the appreciations and in future you should not give appreciations for all and give only for deserving replies.
Team,
Please come with some good/bad/concern/comment points (even if its single it’s not a problem) so it will motivate our members to actively participate on our forum.
@Sudhir Sir,
Thanks for your input.
