Hi all
There is one occurrence happened with my friend.
He does best performance for a financial inclusion( business correspondent) company.
He did all the work under state head ,he also got false appointment letter from their senior he got salary from their senior ,not from company, when he complete their target he knows that senior flirting with him.
Yet senior cooperate him also give salary but his senior did various work beyond rule, may be my friend can come under the situation,
What he should do plz suggest.

With great difficulty i managed to understand your post.
I don't think so your friend will have any problem because his APPOINTMENT LETTER is FAKE. He got paid by his SENIOR. He is nothing to do with the company.
Let me know, so long, from which location(place of work) your friend was offering his services to his superior. How big is the company(number of employees on roll)
Kindly share more details supporting your post.
