I have to create an HR manual and employee handbook for my company...would request the seniors to please guide me in this regard.
I basically want to understand what are the basic components of an HR manual and employee handbook...and how elaborative should these be...please help me....if anyone can share a sample hr manual and employee handbook with me i shall be highly grateful. :)
