Let we have to understood now the difference between cost of construction & cost of the Project , and looking forward your help in this regards.
earlier the same was applicable on the cost of project i.e. all exp excluding the cost of land and compensation payable under WC Act 1923.
I need more clarification from all of you with your expertise knowledge regarding applicability as per the attached verdict.
