Dear Abhas,

Following are the documents that you need to check :

I. Registration certificate at Zonal Board of Practical Training for the Organization engaging trainees.

II. Offer letter and contract form signed between the trainee and the organization.One copy of such contract form is to be sent to Board of Practical Training, one copy to be retained with the organization with seal of BOPT and the third copy to be retained by the trainee.

III. Educational certificate of the trainees to determine that one trade trainee had been engaged on the type of training schedule at par with qualification.

Iv. Documentation from the organization to authenticate that the trainees are paid stipend as per the scheduled rate of minimum stipend approved by the board of training.

V. Receipt copy by the board of practical training of training progress report send to them from the organization.

Vi. Contract termination certificate by the organization issued to the trainees and authenticated by BOPT for cases wherein the contract between the organization and the trainees had been terminated from either side.
