Project report is not just a report but something that comes with a chance to show what so far we have learned and our specialization. This also gives a self realization to move forward to career with many things that matters alot.
Second, first we want you to share yourself on what subject you like and wanna go with and why? that can actually help you and other to get you a good subject selection. Why students asked by Universities, Mentors, Guide to make a project on a subject and what subject needs to be taken for this is also needs to understand before going further

These are priorities wise project you can do, since major companies are facing these issues and they needed professionals with knowledge of these burning issues.

This is my opinion with my experience,

1. Industrial Relations issues - a snapshot

- Most of MBA's are concentrating towards strategic HR with very less attention to IR subject which is most important factor. Understanding of IR issues before hand will added advantage to your profile.

2. Work-Life Balance - need and imperative as an HR initiative

- This is another topic which most of top / middle level corporate are doing for their employees. The major concern here is implementation of WLB in very efficiently and effectively.

3. Communication Systems as a leverage to effeciency - an overview

- This is again a very sensitive issues for most of the corporate sector (if you wish to enter in corporate or HO ). The development and channelizing of communication cascade is very important.

This is purely my views and you can decide for best project which suits your interest.

I need a little guidance on the topic "communication Systems as a leverage to efficiency- an overview". Do we have to mention the different types of communications
i.e. radio, telephonic, internet, satellite, etc. Or can we just concentrate on Business communication.
