I think yr company is wrong.
From yr own words you are having FOUR DAYS LEAVE FOR YOUR WORK FROM your starting working, is 4 for which they gave salary in the month of May. After wards, yr leave is for May 1 day, June 2 days, July 1and half, and in August 1day, and september -2 days and total leave is 6 and half days are at yr credit after the deduction towards you have taken leave half day in July and one day in Aug. Since you have 6 and half days when you take 4 days leave on Sept. the company ought to give leave with salary. Pl. do not leave it and fight it softly with HR people. If you have still doubt I will draft a letter addressed to your HR dept. and send it to you. Pl. give yr personal mail id so that I can send a mail to you, if u do not mind pl..

In appointment order all the T&C are shown which include leave also. So in my opinion U should refer Ur appointment order.
Leaves are generally credited in account on calendar year basis whereas U R saying on financial year basis. This also Ur
appointment order will clear. Whatsoever may be the position but the leave is granted on pro-rata basis. But still it is up
to administration to grant the leave not due and adjust the same when earned in future and allow U the payment of salary
against leave not due.

I think they have not given you any leave in May because you were on Leave Without Pay.
Since they granted 4 days leave in May (2 each for April and May) they adjusted those two days in October

U R saying a system of 1 casual leave and 1 sick leave a month. These leave are applicable during a calendar year not in a Financial Year.Company might have issued a leave sanction order showing therein the kind of leave sanctioned by showing no. of days against each kind of leave. Since no salary is paid in may except 14 days. This interprate to mean that no salary is paid for the period U R not eligible during sick period. Since commencement of June (If U have joined on 1st June itself) U R again eligible to proportionate leave. U have availed 2 & half days leave in July & Aug. against Ur eligibility of 4 days CL. It is not clear that these leave availed are on sick ground or private. Yet I suppose these are casual leave. I think in Oct, 4 days leave availed is also casual and not sick. Means, from June to Oct. U have earned 5 days CL and availed 6 & half days i.e.why 2 days salary is deducted. Here it is to clear that sick leave can be availed only on health ground and not on private ground.but CL can be availed on health ground also. Means Ur sick leave must be accumulated and available in Ur credit. In fact U should not combined both kind of leave since they are meant for separate purpose. I think this will remove Ur doubt. U may confirm with Ur Co.
