As per the MW 1950 (central) Rules, Rule 23, we can see how would get rest day (off day)for employees whether it have been worked in a manner of daily wage system or piece-rate scheme. In this rule it have 7 sub rules. The 4&5s are showing that an employee shall be paid wages for the rest day(off day) if it working in a7 day manner. Please search the rule and give a discussion for it.
