Dear Dilip
A very interesting article on Managing High Potential Employees, you have posted. As you said several organizations are keeping in touch with the concept of managing techniques to deal with high potential employees, but at the same time the Organizational Culture and Organizational behavior, some times appears to be reluctance towards the high potential employees, on account of the individual behavior, nepotism, favoritism, egoism etc. Organizational interest is being ignored rather than the importance of the high potential employees which required to be checked upon in the best interest of the employees working hard. Organizations definitely flourish if they do give appropriate importance on behalf of the high potential employees, in the best interests of not only the organization, but also the employees and their prosperity.

Hi,
I fully agree with Suri Babu, infact each and every employee in some way or the other contribute for the development of the organization, so it will have a bad effect if favoritism is shown in any firm.
J.R.D. Tata had rightly said, if your employees are happy in an organization, then when he goes home he will make his family happy, so the next day when he comes to work he is happy individual and due to which his performance also will be great. All this will benefit the organization and the nation at large in the long run. Wished all would think like him.
Regards
Anita
