I am worked in Udaipur Dugdh Utpadak Sahkari Sang Ltd, Udaiur (SARAS Milk Plant), under M/s Prahari Detective Company, Jaipur on a labor contract base, Now im steel working Udaipur Dugdh Utpadak Sahkari Sang Ltd, Udaiur (SARAS Milk Plant) under a other Contractor. because fist contractor contract period expire. than I want to Work Experience Certificate from M/s Prahari Detective Company, Jaipur, but that company refuse me to give certificate without any answer . than how to i find a Work Experience Certificate, any legal prosier to find Work Experience Certificate, Can i go to Labor Court ? pls. suggest me.
