Dear All
I have done my MBA in Marketing (Batch 2010-2012). I got a placement in one of the MNC company in a Timeshare Industry for Sales and Marketing in Feb 2012, I had worked there for four months but I didnt get the job satisfaction in that Industry and switched into the Insurance Industry and working there from July 2012. I am getting Half the CTC I was getting in my previous Company then also I accepted this job. But Now The thing is that I am not able to deliver the performance in this Industry as I had expected before joining this company and now the company is pressurising me to leave the job and I am not able to understand that what should I do??
If I will put my complete experience in the my resume the company will ask me "Why I had left the job in 4-4 months. And nobody will understand why I left my previous jobs.
Could you please me that whether I should put my experience in C.V. for searching the new job or not?
Thanks in Advance

Dear Ankesh,
It will be better, if you dont show your experiences and 4-4 months job will be a big question which you cant answer.
Beside these, dont move in sales job which need lot of skills and performance talks in sales.
Go to Purchase, Logistics, Export-Import, Product Management, Branding Etc Etc. This will satisfy your demand and howfar am getting you are not a sales guy.
It is also ovous the question will arise - after MBA no job .. ur still freshers. Tell you are ill for 1-2 months and now is perfect for job like this ...
Regards

Dear Mr. Ankesh
Do not mention your four months experience. (If you wish to mention, you should be able to manage new interviewer's questions positively. If there any verification/background check on previous job it will curtail your chances).
All the best for your endeavors.

If you place your CV as a fresher in medium size company.. i dont think background verification matters. Be Punjabi and go for interview !!!

Hi,
I would say please check where was the problem in your last organisation & where is the problem in your current organisation.
May be you had some short comings..please try to improve all those, if u dnt find anything wrong please continue atlst 2-4 more months with the same company.
If its not possible thn leave it & you dnt show your experience. look something as fresher.
thanks
