According to the organization the offer letter and appointment letter will get varied. But still you can check your offer letter whether they have mentioned in words Rs20,000 as a stipend/ CTC. One more verification you can proceed with your appointment letter in that if they mentioned Exhibit-A you can raise a question to the management. Incase they have mentioned ctc in that documents.
But in another case for above Rs.15,000 ESI slab not applicable. So kindly check your pay slip if they issued
