Anyone can be terminated in Probation Period without citing any reason. Just relax and tell yourself that BPO has given u a chance to find a better job elsewhere.
Dear Above all, I have been terminated just because i have made a wrong format of excel sheet :P what are these employers upto
All conditions are well read by me, before i make comment. In our so called corporate society sector , taking decision by individual what is right and what is wrong is challenging affair ,that too with the confidence and trust with in you and others who guided you by above said matter.
Therefore, learn from the mistakes and corrective actions to be implemented in future to avoid re-occurring of the same. You have fighting ability, what i understand from your matter, but you do not have solid back up to win as you are alone to built the strength of others who guided you in this aspect. Which is impractical to do with the present scenario of yours, are you? I know it may hurt you what the company did for you. But you have no option .since, no support in that company, so how can you fight without any strength legally or personally think and act accordingly for future predicament.
Wish you all the best for your future career.

My understanding is that "Management has right to manage' and do not have to provide reason(s) for terminating an employment. There is no law that demands that a company provide a reason for terminating employment. Employees are also not under any obligation to give reason(s) for leaving a job.
Any action instituted against the company will amount to effort in futility.

Dear Khusbhu, You can approach labour department and lodge a formal complaint as you were terminated without any reason. Meet the commissioner of Labour and discuss the issue. Regards, Murali
Can you please let me know why did you approach the CEO by breaking the organisation heirachy. Have you complained about somebody to the CEO. or did you say anything to the ceo. Is it a big company or a small company. Have they given you the relieving letter. If it is a small company of 500-600 people then do,nt expect any justice. They can give you any reason which may include teasing or molesting a female employee or passing verbal abuses. For that they will also have people to testify against you falsely. In big companies everybody is given a fair chance to prove his innonence. Not sure why it happenned with you.For filling a legal litigation you need to have many evidences. Also you cant fight with the company. Please accept this truth & do'nt waste your time and money.
Ok my friend Its another example of cheating by ur colleagues like all other private and govt.estts.
