Hi All,
I am new to cite HR. I recently joined a newly established Management Consultancy in which different venture already running. I would like to know the steps. How to establish the HR structure in such firm?
I already issued Appointment Letters and make leave policy. What will the next step in establishing HR structure?

2. Appointment Letter
3. Leave Policy
4. Confirmation Letter
5. ESIC code letter (C11 document),
6. PF regristration
7. PT Registration
8. Exit policy
9. Joining documents
