Dear Sir,
there is no issues with the factory act as far i know...
Factory Act says to have maximum working hours i.e 48 hrs a week so the employees are not exploited,
having less then 48 hrs a week working has nothing to do with factory act, its only the top management to decide...
you juust have to be best presentable with support to your plan.
thanx & regrds,

As per our company Policy you Can also try this if all employees are agree .
Working hours are of 9 Hours in which there is 1 Lunch Break of 45 Minutes and in after noon you also take break of 15 Minutes Tea brake .
And Every weeks 1st and 3rd Saturday is holiday and of 2nd and 4th Saturday is Half day .
it is possible if all the employees amd management are agree .
