Hi Guys, :D
Can any one help me by suggesting answer to my query that what are the various formalities for relieving a person from an organization like giving them Experience and Relieving letter rather than this what else?
I even what to do what are various things which we ask to surrender from the employee who is leaving his current organization?

Hi..
Along with giving experience letter and relieving letter, we do other formalities also.. we prepare full and final settlement.. before this do conduct exit interview of the employee..
In Full & Final settlement, we do make the payable amount, then deduct the applicable amount.. and paid to them.. leave encashment, notice period recovery, if not served..
