HI All,
I am working in small/medium organization as a HR journalist profile, I have join organization 45 days back, and from day one company force me into a recruitment profile,
Company not providing any Job portal access till date and ask to schedule an interview with the help of social web sites i.e.: LinkedIn Facebook etc.
I am try my level best to schedule interviews without any help (40+). But they were not selected by the company (with any reason).
Last week MD call a meeting and ask me that i have not shown any performance till date and given me 15 daysí time as a notice to perform.
Need your suggestion what can i do in this situation. And how to improve my performance.

Hi Singh, Challenges must be welcomed.
Firstly let me tell, you are taken as HR Generalist not Journalist, HR Generalist has many roles to perform, and primarly to fill in the requirement and handle greivances, I\'m sure when you were appointed your MD had given you detailed JD or KRA, getting a position filled is obviously going to be tough, but we come forward to help you by giving some probable profiles, share me your requirement on mahesh@titans.co.in. Yeah itís typing error from my side. (Generalist).
Yes I appointed by my MD. But he doesnít share any JD/KRA till date.
I'll share required profiles with your through mail.

if technical panel is rejecting continuously, even i found some of candidate could be shortlist/deserving but they did not. I am giving my best but want to show them my performance, sometime candidate din't turn up,sometime they did not join..This is also part of recruitment but it doesn't mean i am not doing anything.
They said they want result only they don't want to listen the reason,even my companies infrastruture not good.some candidate did not join because of this.
