In situation employee is confirmed and he is liable for PL , Casual Leave , and Sick Leave ,
And if that employee without any leave note take leave so it is deducted money from his salary or it is paid leave .
And what is the casual leave ?

What is your query? It is not clear.
I understood that you are asking about the eligibility of PL, CL & SL.
If the employee is availing the leave without any information/approval from the appropriate authority, how it can be taken into account.
My reply is : What happened to your company's leave policy. Normally if any employee avails leave he must get it approved and then proceed on leave. If the leave is due to some death or self sickness, then the employee can telephonically inform the reason and proceed further and on return from leave he must get the leave approved and the absence must be regularised. If the employee is not following the rules then obviously he must be issued with a warning letter and his leave must be recorded.
Casual leave is the leave given to an employee for meeting any casual requirement, it must be for 1 day or 2 days and not more than that at a time and it cannot be clubbed up with any other type of leave or duty.

Mr. S Bhaskar has replied you in details about the concept of casual leave I hope you must be educated by this.
Just I want to add if an employee gives a leave application without any leave note (purpose of the leave or specified what type of leave he requested for) it should not be rejected unless there is any specific/strict rules provided in your company’s leave rules policy.
Hr department may ask to clarify or may treat as per the situation warrants no hard and fast rules but it certainly be not rejected if leave is there in his account and salary should not be deducted being not a good Hr policy.
