Hi all,
I am currently working in a small scale company having 100 employees.. I have a Generalist HR profile.I am the only HR in the company. I am a fresher,
Can anyone give me an insight on wether the experience will count. If yes, How much experince is good enough for me to get a good position in a bigger company having atleast 500 employees. What is the advantage of working in a small scale company at the start.
Thank you.

Hi Abhishek,
Working in an small Company and that to as an only Hr will give you Good Learning Experience.... as you would be the only one who will be managing everything and you need to make sure that every task you accomplish should be in perfect manner , this will make you expertise in number of Fields.
I will suggest you to work there until you find very Good opportunity as if you will switch any bigger Org. so generally they have Diversification of work and you need to carry on the work assign to you which becomes Monotonous and one gets Bore in doing that so again search starts for another option.
I personally suggest you to work with the same firm as it is always good to Have a Bucket of Ice-cream with different flavors in comparison of a Bucket of Ice- cream with single Flavor.
