I have not received my salary for approx 2 months instead of serving complete notice period. when will i get my arrears as i have already left the job. Please help me. Also tell me how much time does PF generally takes?
I was working with a private bank. When i initiated with my resign , i served a notice period of approx two months as asked by the automated HR System. But after some days i got a mail regarding F& F settlement according to which there was a shortfall of notice period by 24 days so they recovered it from my salary. After having a discussion with my HR i extended my relieving date by 27 days in order to serve complete notice period and to get my salary back. But again during the last month they again deducted my salary without any notification. So now i have already been relieved from my services last week. But Still to receive salary of approx 32-35 days. What should i do? Please someone guide me.
Dear Mr, Ankur Bhatia,
As per generally banks norms the minimum notice period is 3 months. if the employee will not serve the notice period of the company the company can deduct from employee salary. as per yer query if you have any written documents about the intimation of your HR Manager for extended the notice period. then you can file the complaint to President HR of the bank. This matter will easily sorted by the Management.
And for PF it will normally take around 45 to 60 days to reimburse.
Regards,
bharat.
