Dear Mr. Rohit,

Most of the freshers want to fish on the biggies (big/ named clients) to start their career. Commence a career where you look up to it for years and experience to gear up with. Start to "Learn from scratch", which means focus on jobs that provides you with a kick start on end to end recruitments. Concentrate on the functional areas and explore the knowledge process. Understand the promptness of the opportunities now-a days, look at education options. While some positions require only an associate's, a bachelor's or master's degree opens more doors for you, sets you apart from the competition and gives you a deeper understanding of the HR field. Most universities offer majors in HR. Call several that you are interested in and ask for details on their programs.

If you know anyone personally who works in HR, talk to them. If not, speak with the HR department at your company or join as a HR asssistant to that Human Resource Management as a group learner.Small scaled business may not have a department designated for human resources, ask around to handle those issues. You may even offer to take some of the responsibilities on yourself to gain experience and credibility. You may also want to volunteer your HR services rendering it to the non-profit organizations as they may also need HR services. Take as much of the support from the HR that you work under and also shore up the HR inturn. By proven experience and knowlege one can also gain prospects with mid and large scale companies.

Good Luck!!
