Hi,
A HR generalist performs the overall HR activities of an organisation. HR generalists are mainly found in small or medium scale industries where one can not find specialist functions of HR being done. An HR generalist generally takes care of the HR functions such as recruiting, planning, Training and development etc along with some personal as well as administrative functions.
I of this opinion may differ from person to person or organisation to organisation.
