Dear friend,

I, Sathyamoorthy would like to thank you for an essential presentation about the need of safety which indeed a need forever.

I would like to share my views about achieving of "zero incident" as followed:

Safety is a technique which comes through proper training, clear work knowledge, patience and and secured conditions.

Violation or incompetence in any of these key punctuality will lead to a damage or an accident.

To achieve "zero incident" in a factory is not a matter happening over a night but it will happen when the "team work" is

perspective with the following things:

1. A strong bridge between the management and its staffs. The HR has to play a vital role.

2..Total safety work atmosphere should secured by the executing person for the assignments.

3. Management should provide the necessary budget for procuring safety equipments and tools.

4. In-plant training to all employees about the safety and conducting a monthly safety meeting.

Safety Officer's should go on with the updated techniques.

5. The maintenance team must take response over the safe running of machines.

6. Production should aware about the most possible output and not to be panic or overambitious.

7. Proper work method training.

8. Men at work should realize and have self responsibility, spirituality and dedication.

Thanks & Regards

V. Sathyamoorthy
