hi all,
my problem is when i am trying to lodge complaint online on EPF grievances website, it is not allowing me to move further.
i am stuck in tab: name of Establishment: dummy for annual accounts.(might be this company has not filed its previous annual accounts). until i write name of the establishment, i am not taken to next page.
however, when i downloaded my epassbook for this account on 5th September, 2012, it showed me the balance which was getting interest.
i had applied for transfer of the amount in appearing in this account on July, 2010. they lost Form 13 and therefore again i had to file it in October 2011. i have acknowledgements of both. but, yet they have not got the amount transferred.
please let me know what can i do to get the amount transferred to my present account.

Hi Shithal
That happens quite common in the govt organisations. Do you have copy of Form 13 that you submitted to PF department. If so then once again approach the PF office and ask the status. If there is no any updates from their side then approach Asst. Commissioner or Deputy Director. Then your problems will be sorted out.

i have copies of acknowledgement of submission of form 13. it was submitted by my HR dept and they gave me acknowledgement of submission. i am informed that my HR has made PF officer send a reminder to my previous employer PF office. he asked me to wait for 2 months and even after that nothing happens then it can be complained in PF Adalat here in Bangalore on Richmond Road.
i am sure that waiting for 2 months is not fruitful at all. but, filing complaint in PF adalat will be more time consuming, i think.

Hi Shital Instead of going to PF Adalat just speak to the PF commissioner or enforcement officers in your regional office. Even then its not sorted then look for Adalat

Actually i have very little knowledge on PF matters. Could you please let me know whether i will have to speak to PF commissioner of my old employer's PF office or current employer's PF office?

region code for both is PY, however, office of current is in Peenya but previous one is in KR Puram.
