I am a new member of citehr and i am delighted to see people helping each other and sharing their professional experiances through this site. I am currently working in a manufacturing company in UAE and I have got two years of experiance in HR from a finance company in India. There is no HR dept. in my present company and i am responsible to develop it since the HR functions here are performed by other departments. So as a first step i decided to draft an HR policy.I request you to guide me whether i am on the right path and can anybody help me on UAE labour law and other HR practises followed here to draft the policy??
