We are Security Agency having 40 Security Guards and they are covered in factory employer labour licence, we are having PF, ESI, Codes and paying at our end.. our question is if our security is covered in employer labour licence, then no need to take labour licence..

Private security guards business falls in the purview of Private security agencies Act 2005. The contract labour license should not be applicable.
