You are to identify the what are the job requirements set by the organization for your position. Then in align with the key factor of performance and key area of your job, you collect the internal recorded data for a couple of months or year at first. With a brief gone through, if you get to find your expected information, you go forward subject to the discussion with your superior. If there no any findings, you just identify the company objectives short term and long term. Then identify the workforces competency in align the objectives and there performance level. Considering all those things, you are to follow:
Quantity & quality of present workforces, pay structure, compensation management
Leave policy, performance management process,
Training & development, training calendar
Then gradually introduce the others components of those area....
