I have resigned my previous employer by giving 15 daysí notice (actually it should be 90 days) due to some family problems. HR releases me from the company, but I suppose to pay the amount of 60000 RS as a part of notice period buy-out. I didnít pay the amount to company since I donít have that much amount. Just few days back got a letter from HR saying that need to pay the amount in another 10 days. Failed to make the payment will trigger the action from us.
So, I want to know what kind of action can be done from them?

I am not sure what type of contract you were engaged with the company? Limited or Unlimited? Freezone company or LLC ? and the terms mentioned in your Employment contract (Not offer letter).
* If you are working in a unlimited contract, as per UAE labor law , 1 month notice period is enough.(again pls refer to your employment contract). if you have served 15 days, the company can deduct the remaining 15 days salary(Basic). Normally, the companies will deduct from you End of Service benefits (Unavailed leave, Gratuity etc).
* If you were working in Limited contract, you have to serve the term mentioned in the Employment contract and again the company might ask you to pay the compensation of Non- completion of Contract.
