Dear Senthil
Your query is not clear. Please clarify that the Suicide is commission or attempt. As per that our members can give you the reply.
Hope this has been registered with the nearby Police Station, in turn the Police Inspector might have filed the FIR and investigated the case. What is the outcome of Autopsy. Is there any foul-play by the beneficiaries noticed in the suicide commission. If the foul-play is not detected then the other members are eligible for ESI benefit.

Dear Mr. Senthil,
I second Mr. S. Bhaskar ji. First thing when you say the employee suicided it implicates that you have to file out a FIR with the police. Post the actuals, then you an approach the concerned ESI Local office along with the Death Certificate and ESI Card of the employee. You have to fill the Funeral expenses claim form to claim the nominal amount of 10000 rupees to the deceased employee.
