Hello Dhirti...

As you are a HR professional with a strong backbone of 11 years of experience, i feel that RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) is the best option to have your own set up. There are many positive factors behind this as:.

1. You are into HR field hence your contacts in the corporate, be very rich. Utilizing that contacts, you will have a high potential database of clients, The only thing you have to do is have a team of good recruiters.Recruitment is the functional task, also you can offer resume writing services, Personality development course or Interview manners with a nominal rupees of charge or free depending upon your policy.

One of Innovative thing you can do here is, Being HR person, you may consult job related queries, Job awareness Seminar, Also conduct Job Mela, Job utsav etc with your esteemed clients.

2. You are also well known about the legal adjudication such as matters about PF/ ESIC / Gratuity etc. You can also offer the legal HR activities as LPO (Legal Process Outsourcing). Various companies have outsourced the process of payroll, PF & ESIC. This would be a great chance to work as LPO.

If you want a business model of RPO please mail me your id on

Before deciding to jump in any business, think, are you capable of handling pros and con. Can you handle the pressure of business running as one man army.
Success of business depends upon the owner,
1.How well he or she are well equiped with that knowledge.
2.Financial is most important part for success of any business either big or small, to be profitable or to become profitable in any business takes times its not a magic.
3.You have to burn mid night oil, work day and night to achieve your aim, with hardwork, sharp intellect, decision making at right time is necessary.
4. Study the market potential of your business in particular area.
5. Study your competitors drawback's and cash on that, while geting projects.
6. Scheduling time with work is most importment.
These is best quote " The heights by Greatmen reached and kept were not attained by sudden flight. but they, while their companions slept were toiling upward in the night.
