Hi Seniors,
I completed my MBA in HR & Finance in June 2012. I'm working in an Infrastructure Company as Admin Executive from the past 1 month. I'm interested in CORE HR activities & I want to enter into those activities. I heard that Payroll Management Course is having demand these days. So please let me know whether it is true or not. If so, PLEASE suggest me an Institute in Hyderabad, whose certification is considered & valued..
Thanks & Regards,
Swetha. J.

Hello Sweta
Pay roll is one of the core HR activities.Apart from it. you can also try other core HR activities like, Talent management, performance management or training devlopment or employee engagement etc.As Pradip suggested, try getting exposure to these or any of these areas in the existing company by showing initiative toshoulder responsibilities.

Dear Swetha,
Learners are never wait for approvals. try to make it as unofficial.
In every organization HR team always try to enhance the profile of their employees. So take one recruiter and try to learn recruitment first. this is the profile where you can easily enter.
