Greetings of the Day,
I understand these things what you all mates are thinking and want (Who are not in favor of discontinuing Humor Section) but I have clearly defined myself and the purpose of this, and what are the reasons that allowed us to discuss this topic and put our Administrator/Moderators in this situation to take actions and started this thread to discuss with you all members. What we supposed to do to maintain professionalism on a professional site and to take action, so that, we can stop making our CiteHR FOR BEING SOCIAL SITES WHERE PEOPLE ARE HAVING FUN, FOR SOCIAL CONNECTION/NETWORK AND FOR PASSING TIME.
I just want to save our PROFESSIONAL place for using with the purpose other than career, guidance, discussion on our daily professional life. For humor / fun, we have many websites and options that we can use anytime but not every website is service like what CiteHR playing role for us.
With what purpose/motive we came on this place, and started using CiteHR has changed today for many people and that is exactly what I wants to remind you all
Hope now you all can understand.

For a minute, stop thinking all about this humor and start thinking about professionalism, and why we joined CiteHR, what was the purpose at the time of joining, what was the things we wanted and why we started communicating to each other and, consequently express yourself with these answers and im damn sure, you gonna find the same what i am conveying here to all of you
At work, we all do our work, have friendly discussions/chat with our colleagues, I buy these all but we must not forget while at the working WE DON’T EVEN ALLOW ANYTHING/ANYONE TO BOTHER US and like to work only.
This bothering is actually the problem here.

We will continue the HumoR section as a place for sharing jokes and anecdotes. But any kind of chatting which is unrelated to the content or which makes the forum feel like a chat window will be removed.
When such posts are found and if there are hundreds of such posts in the user's account - the account will be purged of all existing posts. Like I've mentioned before we do not have the man power to sort out individual posts of user accounts which are in any case violating the rules.

Deleting the Humor section cant be a Solution... Although even after giving many suggestions, warning..instructions.... members keep on jokes which is not suitable in this Site..
Even some members were banned...
Only moderating can work out for such issue.... now some posts are getting deleted quickly.. which is good sign

I would also like to add that people should click on the appreciate and validate tag rather writing- " a good post or keep on posting or nice one etc." It only extends the page and sometimes a reader clicks to page 2 in order to find something important, may be and again he/ she goes through with the same comments.
