Great INFOGRAPH giving the journey that a leader/individual can take through the understanding of the "genetic and environmental influences" that can affect his/her "decisions" and the complete "behavioural patterns".

Hi Arthur,
The study does throw up significant applications of the Coloured Brain Model. Two areas stand out : i) Organisations introduce ‘change’ through people. ii) Change invariably leads to conflict, with the established habits, of the person.

Dear Arthur,
A very simple yet very effective way to show the influence of brain color on employees, which creates conflict and eventually leads change in the organization. Way to go.

I have learnt Directive Communication Psychology and have applied it in my life. It has worked wonders for me. The knowledge of what influences us and why we behave and react the way we do, has helped me to understand myself and other much better than before. This has increased my circle of tolerance thereby bringing peace within. The peaceful state of mind has provided me clarity of thought and objective. I am better focussed on my goals.
If I look back at the event which have majorly changed my life, DC Psychology training is certainly one of them. Thank to those who researched and brought it to the common man.
