Good to handle the HR departement independently. Pls address your concern. What type of support you required.
However you need to understand the organisation goal.
2. Interact with all HOD 's and understand their requirement.
3. Other than Blue coller job, create Roles and Responsibility of all position
4. Need to comply all statutory compliance including maintenance of muster role, salary register, N & F holiday register etc.
