Hello team,
I am working for Quality Assurance in a BPO. I urgently require some information on 'Defect calibration process'. I am trying to find out information from many sources, but haven't got anything substantial. Can anyone help?

Hello Mr. Sardhar,
Thank you for your reply, will try to explain this in brief.
For example say we monitor 100 sales representatives per week.
40% of sales representatives fall under category 'A'
50% of sales representatives fall under category 'B'
10% of sales representatives fall under category 'C'
Now 'B' and 'C' are agents with defects in their calls.
I intend to call for a calibration sessions with Operations Team and the Training Team in order to minimise these defects. I am specifically looking for some process documents, process flow charts etc.
Also, as per standard, how often should these calibration sessions get conducted?
Information on these things will be very useful for me.
